8:00-10:00 morning session practice
10:30-5:30 My beloved break between practice. I've been trying to run after every morning session so I dont cramp up. I have also gone up to that little beach and sat on the rocks by myself. I really like it there. Nap for an hour, grab a powerbar and a water and get ready for practice again
