Just checkin'; has anyone else checked out Neil Gaiman's recent release, Anansi Boys?

i went to the dentist today. my face is so numb. i now can't feel my cheek, half of my bottom jaw, part of my neck, MY EAR, and my tongue. apparently, he shot novacaine into a major nerve that connects my brain to the right side of my entire mouth.

i'm so temped to run out and get piercings done since my ear is numb!! lol
