There are those people who do not follow rules so I decided to do what a lot of colorbar makers do.. make a post all about the rules I have and such. Hopefully more people will follow the rules.

I can make personal colorbars of boyfriends, girlfriends, family, friends, pets, whatever you can think of. Just provide pictures
