i'm so mad at my job, because i blame it for taking this summer from me. everyone's busy writing about their fantastic summers and the late nights spent with toes in the sand and first kisses and i've got none of that. i've got dread and sleeping to ignore and time spent at my computer, quite a few nights with kyle but far fewer than my fantasies

that's upsetting. whenever my class became too stressful i felt the same way, that it took away my time to possibly have rest. you feel gypped, especially as our chance for actually having something like summer vacation is over soon.

i wrote that in a letter to kyle tonight, that i'm still in the mindset that summers are for vacations. le sigh.

i can't believe how perfect that sentence is. that's me. i'm in the mindset that summers are for vacations. that everyone else should be free too. that i shouldn't sit on the couch doing nothing all day (which is sometimes worse than having a job). that we should all be able to just drop everything and go camping. or go to mexico. or go to seattle. or san francsisco.
