Death sucks. Don't do it. There are no answers in it. I suffer from Chronic Major Depression (diagnosed). Man up and see a psychiatrist and get medicated for gods sake. Listen to the logical side of your brain, and not the emotive - compartmentalize. Seeking death is NOT a normal behaviour for an organism - it indicates something is seriously wrong and you're not in an mental state to makes those kinds of heavy decisions - the very faculties embedded in your brain are betraying you. Seek help. And not from these idiots on the internet - go out into the real world and get help from a professional.

Without life, there can be no hope. Death is not the end of pain, it is the end of YOU. Appreciate that fact.

medication does not work for everyone. i also have "chronic major depression" and i've been medicated numerous times. paxil, elavil, celexa...i've gotten the side effects but not the cure. sounds like you've been brainwashed, cuz you sound just like doctors who think they know. life is a beautiful thing i admit, but there is also a time to die. i am a believer in death "being the next adventure"

I would say in this overpopulated world, we should embrace anyone who willingly wants to end their own life and make room for the rest of us. Let's face it. There are too many people, crowding up the streets in their big ass SUVs with "Support our Troops" stickers on the back. Too many people standing in lines at the theater and the grocery store when all we want is ONE item and it takes forever just to get to the front and pay for it
