I just voted. There was no line at all. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I always get a special thrill when voting. Today, even more so. Now I need to take a deep breath and let democracy take her its course

Good to hear that Tif is recovering well, even though slowly. Taking the time to heal thoroughly is always better than rushing and over-stressing one's body. *hugs*
Is your city clerk open today, so that you can get Tif an absentee ballot? I somehow doubt that she will want to go to a poll, yet given her feelings on some of the issues on the ballot, I also doubt she'll want to forego voting entirely...
There was only one person ahead of John in line to vote (two ahead of me, since I was behind John) this afternoon. We swung by in the morning and the line was out the door, though.
