I was so elated to receive the news that a federal judge had overturned Prop 8. It appears to be a pretty solid ruling, although I have not read the text of it. There is still a long fight ahead with stays and appeals. It is a small chip in the wall, but a chip nevertheless. And thus I say, "Huzzah!" Leave a comment

Thank thoughtful decision and basic goodness for the ruling. It's about time and ALL the arguments against it don't make sense.**]
