so i've been back at school for a week, and it feels like months. not in a bad way though. however i do miss my friends in westford. i was talking to one of my friends at school today and i think that one of my main issues is that at school i don't really have many guy friends. i have a few, but it's not what i need. my roommates are all great guys ( Read more... )

I just have to let you know that I am so jealous that you get to meet/LEARN FROM the woman who created reading rainbow. It was my absolute favorite show as a child and one of the most important shows for literacy EVER.

Also, can't wait for Vermont :)

I love books and I love libraries. I really want to be a children's librarian in a public city library. I want to learn 1000 different ways to make children love reading and watch children lose themselves in books like I did. But lately, I like the classroom life so much that I might stick with teaching and just fill my room with books from floor to ceiling.
