Ok, I didn't do as much as yesterday but I still did 20km and burnt off 450 calories. I really wanna keep this up. I'm going to try do an hour on the exercise bike every day now. I did an hour and 20 minutes yesterday (Ok, an hour and 19 minutes if you're being pedantic) and today I did exactly an hour. Soo... I better fucking keep it up!
