Well good morning to those that are. You were missed, believe me. The last few months have been so frantic that I needed to quarantine my time and by doing so cut off a significant portion of my friends including LJ. I've got some catching up to do which I shall try to do over a lazy weekend. In the mean time here's are the hightlights of the past

Pete said he spoke to you this morning on messenger - glad to hear things are looking up - I know from experience how hard this period can be, as i would say to anyone - be gentle with yourself. xx

PS: I hope we do see you in Brisbane next year - i'm sure Pete will be acclimatised by then - i think the first summer will be a shock to his system (much like the first Melbourne winter was for me).

Thanks 'Trisse. I'm still at a place where all my effort just goes into what I need/should do and ensuring that I eat and rest well. But more on that in the next post.
