work out ahhh

So I just got back from track where we had a very hard work out. Let me break it down for you...you know the long part of one side of the track? It's 100 meters. We had to sprint that...25 TIMES. 5 sets of 5, with like 3 minutes in between each set. IT WAS REALLY HARD. But now I feel really good lalala. I felt like I was gonna throw up a few ( Read more... )

i should really do something after school but i really cant cuz of work and i really dont feel like staying after school ever lol.
