As the above comment says, it depends whether you want to dance solo or with a partner. Hip hop or street jazz/street dance would suit you, I'd guess. Maybe some latin classes to add an extra twist...
I'd say my dance time would be a 70/30 mix, dancing solo / having a partner.
I'll look into all the styles you've mentioned. Hip-hop, street dance, and salsa sound particularly interesting.
Someone from another forum (dance.net) said that ballet might be good as well. She said that it was a foundation for nearly all other styles, and that experience may boost strength and technical ability. If that's true, I wonder whether starting there would bolster skills learned later.
