I'm gonna sound like such a bitch for saying this, and I'm sorry for that. But.. things like that simply do not exist in reality. They just make for good movies and such. It's impossible to be that close to someone of the opposite sex and not get intimately involved. I'm sorry, but I couldn't not say this.

But I know where you're coming from on that. And I wish I had one of those too.. but... ya know.

i think its easier to have a best friend of the opposite sex when youre younger, and your hormones arent raging yet. Once we all go through puberty... its all about sex. i wish i had a best friend of the opposite sex... itd make life a lot more interesting.
