i like the immediacy of it: everything is very clearly detailed but at the same time the descriptions serve to propel the piece along. lots of good sensory details.
the beginning sounds like how the start of a panic attack feels, so yay that =D
ewies, the mother grosses me out already >_>;; i'm just saying.
also very nicely done is the characterization of the main character. as of yet you've given very few visual cues, but a lot of personality carries over as this kid walks us through his night.
