I promised _touched, I'd make a basic icon tut for her, so here goes nothing. I made two versions of the same icon using different techniques to show a variety of ways to do things. Any references to how to do something in PSP7 was taken from icon_tutorial.

Loved the way the second one turned out! Great colouring hun!

By the way, the blue gradient was made by chouchoune. I know by heart, cause I use it all the time! lol

Thanks, it really isn't my own, I own no original ideas, lol.

Oh i know thats how I got it. ;) Thanks for telling me! I love this gradient as well. :D

Btw, I was wondering if maybe you and Jess would be interested in creating an icon community where only we can post there. Maybe we could let others post if they fill out an application and we approve it, that way we can make sure we have a wide variety of styles and fandoms that are good. Let me know if you'd be interested in something like that. :)

Awe well thank you for making the tuts for me, but I don't understand them. I wish I did, I've been playing around with it and trying to figure it out, but it's hard.

ok . so the only thing im a little confused on is where do you crop the image and junk?? like in paint or in micrsoft word . or what? please tell me! <33

If you have a graphics program such as PS or PSP you do it there.
