okay, so I may be getting my permit for xmas, but I'm not completely sure cause my uncle was drunk when he told me he'd give me the $50, so who knows. but I really want it!!

Ugh, this is one of the perks of where I live. You don't have to pay to get your permit :) The only thing you have to pay for is the $20.00 hard cover official license thingy. :)
