i'm not going to lie. lately i have been listening to the christmas music that plays on the radio and half-enjoying it. i think the other half that doesn't enjoy is the part of me that is no longer a child and no longer has nothing to worry about on christmas aside from whether or not she has been a good enough girl to get every pointless toy that she asked for.

that song makes me wish...for lots of things. and stuff. things that i secretly don't actually wish for because I'm more logical than my heart desires me to be.

i got University of Richmond information in the mail and thought of you. as i tossed it in the trash.

i hope santa brings you everything you want.
he's already been to my house. and so i think that's it for my gifts.
so i guess he's sort of allowing me to be naughty for the next couple weeks?
