You have to wonder how stupid her parents have to be to let her eat that much and not figure out that she has a problem.

that is beyond fucked up. her parents should be in jail! or should at least take a tip from the vegan parents who starved their kid (who should also go to jail). who would have thought that properly feeding a growing child could be such a challenge?
