You lived in Fleeson street? In Rusholme? I lived at number 3 once long ago.

Wow. Was yours as big a dump as mine was? I was at no. 11 2 years ago. We got broken into (whilst we were upstairs, we'd told the landlord our lock was faulty but he didn't believe us), there were lots of big holes under the carpet, the boiler was f**ked and snails kept crawling in under our kitchen door (amongst other things).

Yes we had snails, and large piles of salt that I'd laid as traps for them. The cooker was broke and had to be replaced, and we got locked in one day as the front dorr lock siezed up. I think the only good thing was that it was convenient. But yes, compared to the place I live in now, it was shit.
