miranda is my new personal trainer! she kicks my ass hardcore! 6am she rocks up at my house "get up!!" and makes me work my ass off (which will hopefully happen soon enough, my ass will be non existant!! or at least not big enough to have its own area code) i said ass a little too much just then... anyways, it was good because I felt really awake
