I want to say Subaru for you...before and after she gets to know Tsukasa. I'm not 100% sure WHY I see her, but she was the character that came to mind (guess I'll blame "vibes" this time). O_O;

I agree with Subaru, but I also see hints of Tsukasa after the events of SIGN. The awkwardness (I guess?) when it comes to being friends, and the ambition to live life to the fullest is what got me thinking Tsukasa.

Hmm... I guess I'll say Subaru as well. While she isn't the most open person (fits with pushing away people who come too close?), she is generally very amiable and I can imagine her dreaming of the same thing you said. I can't very well explain it, but Subaru does seem fitting... might be 'the vibes', just like breyzyyin said ^__^
