Read, watch TV/movies. That's basically all there is to do. Take Benadryl- it knocks me out. Or just smoke weed? hahah.

just smoke a joint and go to sleep. or drink a few beers or some mickeys. cheyenne came into the store where i work to film an episode and they made us put in her cd so she could be all like "oommgg theyre like playing my song!!!"
