At the hospital in TN one time we had someone sign in as Long Dong and the chief complaint was "white stuff coming out of dick." We totally thought the nurses made it up until they actually called them out of the waiting room and it was an 11 year old kid and his mom. His mom didn't speak English well, and said that "dick" was the only word she knew for it.

I had a customer named whose first name was Luang (sounded like Long) and last name Dong. "Yes, I need to speak with Long Dong." That was priceless. It was difficult to keep a professional demeanor. I had to stifle a chuckle every time I had to use his name. haha
