Angel got his statue to take down Pan. Of course he ignored my advice that he is the last guy who should be getting close to the God of Lust who happens to take souls for energy. He countered with too much info about him and Faith having already been around Pan. Thanks. I'll be spending weeks scrubbing that from my brain ( Read more... )

It can't be any less than we've already discovered. It's amazing how little of the powers has made it into the books. All we are doing is finding the same small bits over and over.

*sets three glasses of tea on the table between them*

Information is power. If you were the powers that be, you'd probably make sure their was limited information available about you too.

You guys suck for making me be the one to semi defend them.

What's up?

Well, I managed ta get a word with one of them. She gave me permission to tell you about them. Which has never been given ta anyone as far as I know.

There's three of them. They tend ta be order, chaos and nuetral. An somethin' is wrong.

*rolls his eyes*

When don't we have a highly irritated vampire on our hands?

He gets to take out the God of Lust, a God, that is almost as cool as fixing the powers problem. So, if he whines, tell him he can either share with Connor or we're going to take his weapons away and put him on time out.

Yes, but you don't have to live with him. This particular thing has nothing to do with sharing. It has to do with standing 50 feet away and not knowing that something was murdering her while he was there.

He was trying to protect her and he failed, I think that deserves some unhappiness when he finds out he's not invited to help fix the ones who were supposed to warn him.

I'm not making light of how Brooke's death affected Angel and everyone else. I'm still grieving her loss and I can assure you that Michael and his children are far from over it.

*stands up, pacing*

But the fact of the matter is, they singled out Destiny and they flooded her with visions that we had no ability to fix. They sent her painful reminders that bad things happen and they gave us no chance to save those people. We had to trust that another champion, close enough to where it took place, also recieved the information. Trust? Not big with any of us right now.

I cared very deeply about Brooke and I am infuriated that she died and you guys were left with no chance to save her, but I honestly believe that this is something Connor and Destiny are meant to take on. They have been the ones who have had their puppet strings pulled the most.

*looks at Wes*

Speaking as someone who was held in Siren's Lair with Destiny, Rhia, Faith and Galen while my friends and co-workers were killed? Sorry if I feel we call dibs here.

I never said I doubted you were the right ones to take this on Dylan. I simply reminded you not to make light of Angel in this instance.

Tell us more about the powers, I want to know how Connor will fight them.
