1. Tried to complete FAFSA and Housing Application (for Teacher's College today). However, the government has yet to e-mail me my PIN for the FAFSA, so I have to wait. As for housing, I need to personally speak with a representative to find out if I can keep Chava in a single room, since she lives in a cage. :crosses fingers: If not, then I suppose ( Read more... )

Regarding #2 - sorry to hear it. What kind of cancer is it? (I'm kind of curious, especially seeing as cancer is what I have a final exam on this Tuesday...)

Regarding #5 - that's absolutely amazing. I want to see this child.

I didn't know you read my LJ! How are you doing?

Chava probably has pituitary cancer, causing tumors to sprout up all over. Sadly, the only treatment for it is a medication that slows down the process of tumor growth, but does not stop it completely. :frown: She's also on an antibiotic, and being nebulized to treat lung problems which hopefully are unrelated to the cancer.

I'm doing pretty well... though will likely be much better tomorrow when I'm done with Block II. How are you?

Hopefully the medication will work well enough that she's able to continue on for a while as a happy rat. Make sure to spoil her for me. *hugs* (to you and Chava)

I'm doing ok.
I stayed home from work because I was sick today, and called Teacher's College to ask about housing. (Apparently they won't let me take my cat).
And I do spoil Chava! *smile*

Also, forgot to mention:

1. We simply can't afford another roommate here. Not even a rat.

2. I'm terribly sorry to read this about Chava. So sad...

3. So, wait...like Angela Lansbury Mrs. Lovett or Patti LuPone Mrs. Lovett? 'Cause if she *was* like Patti in Sweeney, that would actually be kind of awesome...

4. Hee! I'm only reading this tidbit as freaking hilarious. I will probably not have to deal with those issues for at least another year from now, so I don't think I can find that as funny as it really is for a while...

5. Wow. Just wow. I can't come up with any response for that one.

6. The gift shop? That's low.
