I'm so glad this work week is over!

As you can probably tell from the subject of this entry, a lot of stressful things happened at work this week. Before I talk about that stuff, however, I'd like to list some things I'm happy about (if only to remind myself that my life is not all bad ( Read more... )

Egad!!!! The insanity of your work!! I can almost hear you saying the bit about the boy with the TV... and it makes me miss talking to you!!! Will you be around on Sunday night for a phonetalk? I can call you for free after 9 pm, but if that's too late would you call my house #? I can give it to you by email if you want to talk earlier. (Until then, my evenings are going to be full of David! :):):) )

I won't tell you what's in the package... but I will say that it is meant for your enjoyment, and that if you want/need to enjoy something before your birthday, I would encourage you to open it whenever you want. :D

9:00 sunday might work. We can talk until 10.
I think I might want your house phone # anyway though, because, depending on how tired I am, I might want to go to bed early (in which case, I'd call even earlier).
Oh... and I miss talking to you too! :-)

"Legally Blonde" the musical as a concept makes me incredibly depressed. In good news, I saw "Company," and it's fantastic! I got to meet most of the cast afterwards, and got incredibly sexy pictures of Raul Esparza. Check my facebook to see! :-D

I hear you re: work frustration. I'm doing therapy with cognitively delayed and multiple-diagnosed individuals, and it can get pretty frustrating.

Yeah... Legally Blonde sounds awful! I think my curiosity in it is akin to people's interest in accidents on the freeway!! (I've noticed that a lot of drivers slow down to look at car crashes). Disturbing events frequently spark interest.

And it sounds like we work with with the same population. (only yours are adults, right?)They're wonderful, but can definitely be frustrating!

We walked by the Legally Blonde theatre today actually...oh, it's definitely going to Broadway if there are already signs up in Times Square!

I say go see it! Yeah, it might be horrible, but at least you can say you saw it...especially if it turns out to be a big fat flop! With my luck it will be as big as Wicked...

I can't believe those things happened to you at work this past week. Hopefully, it will all get better (knock on wood...wishing you were here, too!)

And I have to listen to The Hobbit on CD again. It's just so wonderful!

Mm...chocolate cinnamon hallah. That sounds GOOD.

I think Legally Blonde will make it into the sequel to "Not since Carrie". On the other hand, maybe not... it did get pretty good reviews here!

You just wait...it'll win a million Tonys!

Eh..okay, maybe (definitely) not.

Although I sent my sister the video of the cast performing in the show and she didn't know whether to think it's awful or brilliant.
