Nine Episodes into Series 1 on the FX channel - nine bloody wasted hours of my life! - and I am still waiting for something interesting to happen! The opening episode promised a lot, but so far it's just rubbish. It's this year's Heroes - all hype and no substance. The plot? It's just Twilight with tits.

Set out last Friday to see Watchmen in Glasgow, but missed it completely because we got caught up in traffic. Was very annoyed, all OMG I need to see JDM being all hot NOW, GRRRRRR!!!!, then found out that the reason we were held up was because a 19 year old boy had been stabbed to death at a petrol station. I'm not in possession of all the facts because I didn't watch the TV show, but I gather from fan forums that when Kings Of Leon won two well-deserved Brit awards tonight they thanked everyone in Britain except Scotland, and now some of my fellow Scottish KOL fans have the serious hump.
