i personally believe that humans are natural herbivores, and that vegans do live six (not 11) years longer, on average. and most of the vegans i've met are not scrawny and pale. i do think it's perfectly easy to be healthy as a vegan (and i don't mean taking a buncha supplements and trying to prepare perfect meals...i mean just by eating).

p.s. can we be cool now, and not hold grudges? :-(

But whats your standpoint on prying at ingredient labels and worrying about things such as mono and diglycerides? Do you do that?
