I'm sure if you have read Sophies Journal... then you will know where i am going with this entry....

Sophie is better at this then i am...

I've known Mr. C (my old band director that most of you know as the marine guy that helped out the band during band camp) for bout a year or so...

I mean we aren't that close as i other people i know..

Only a couple months...

It doesn't matter if some people seem to be closer with him. Closeness isn't even the right term because its more of a friendship that each of us built with him on our own. Part of the reason he is such an amazing guy is because he got to know each of his students as individuals, not just as people he has to feed information into. He built a different type of friendship with each student. Each friendship was unique and no matter how strong the bond seems to be, you still have something between him that that nobody else has.
