I'm a little skeptical when it comes to externals. Basically everyone I know that has one (or a few), they have all had at least one that died within a year. Then again, burning 500 GB worth of data onto DVDs is uh... not exactly desirable.
I hope there wasn't too much on the hard drive. Losing data SUCKS.
Nope, nothing really on there, except a program I worked on for a week, haha. Wasn't too bad though, only took 3 hours to rebuild it.
It wasn't an external, it was an internal drive. Which you know, are always usually stable enough to last more than a week. :) But it's cool, I think TB's are too experimental as of yet, hence the downgrade to a 600gig
