If you want organic fabric and don't already have a source, I saw some organic cotton fabric at the JoAnn Fabrics down here the last time I was there. You might be able to find some at the JoAnn up there too, or if they don't have any, maybe they might be able to order some since there are obviously other JoAnn stores that have it... They also had some bamboo-blend fabrics.
Good luck with the lavender. I've heard it can be difficult.

i've been working on the layout of the listings this afternoon. placing all the info and such. i just got all my herbies and flaxseed in the mail today and everything smells/looks fabulous so i'm excited to get started! i can't wait to get one finished so i can post pickies ^.^
i think when using large amounts of lavender, dust and such can become an issue but since i'm just using the dried buds for scent, i think it'll be fine. i'm noticed a lot of other sellers at etsy with similar pillows/sachets/etc. and if they can do it, so can i, by golly!!! ;)
i'll be posting a blog on myspace in a lil bit with the information and such that i'll be listing on etsy... take a look and tell me what you think.
