I don't think this is the final version yet --
I say that only because I just got an update that they haven't gotten conferees to sign it yet...

But at the end of the day, this is basically what they'll end up passing.

And, most Members will vote on it sight-unseen. We haven't even seen any summaries or anything yet. At most, they'll have 12 hours with a 1400 page bill. Isn't democracy awesome???

Can you image making this kind of a decision in 12 hours? In my job, I make $100M decisions....but it takes weeks/months and lots of negotiated.
