Today I did nothing... I was suppose to see Dee but since we aren't talking anymore well that went out of the drain... I woke up really angry and depressed today. I think you would absolutely _enjoy_ "The Art of Happiness", a work of art written by the Dalai Lama, a very peaceful young man. I am getting so much help from it, it is BETTER THAN ANY SELF SERVING PSYCHOLOGIST OR PSYCHIATRIST THAT I HAVE--IN *the past* , PUT WAY _TOO MUCH ***TRUST AND HOPE***IN. they are, after all, fellow people who are liable to make mistakes, too.

Your therapist sounds like a real cunt.If I were you I'd tell her to go fuck herself.From everthing you've posted about her lately it doesnt sound like she's helpling you at all.If she cant sympathize with you then you dont need her.She seems to be making you more upset then you already are.I'd find sombody new or just screw therapy altogether.

I agree with military chic.The only reason people become psychiatrist and psychologist is because they figured way back in collage that this would be a very easy job with no real hard work and damn good paying.they figured it be an extremely easy way to make damn good money.To sit on their ass all day and listen to people talk about their problems and then write you a script and send you on your way.

I just meant you should focus on yourself for a while instead of looking for someone else. I know no one wants to be alone forever but it seems that all this sadness is coming from an ex or a loved one letting you down. Maybe you should just be alone for a little bit and have time to yourself.
