so, a while ago we had some 'family friends' staying with us [during my AS exams, how convenient and thoughtful!] from Canada. The woman is originally from Coventry, and was in some 60s pop band called The Orchids, who were aparantly quite famous [she knew The Kinks and everything!]. no conventry music scene tsh try living in shrewsbury, the only band to make it tpau, got to number 14 in the 80's i think.

I sayyyyy go to it. It might be really boring, but you never know what happens! And if nothing does happen, you can at least say you've been a part of a book release party. :P

No fun for work. Which is why I don't! Yay for poor college students.

Also - I noticed that you're listening to the Cribs. Yay! I have only heard three songs (which are the only songs I have on my computer *SOB*), but I am still in love with them.
