Under the cut is a long rant to the negative response that Charmed Thirds has recieved. It's FILLED WITH SPOILERS, so don't read it if you have not read the book. Also, I don't see anything wrong with disliking the book because it was so different than Sloppy Firsts, the problem I have is people completely rejecting the book because of it's realism

Well, I didn't read your entire Thesis as I'm not too far along in the book yet, and I didn't want to get spoiled. However, I would like to note that I found it amusing that you mentioned how your entry was like a thesis. I find that rather amusing. My private entries have some endless ramblings, but most are deep analytical entries, that essentially look like a term paper about my life.

So I wanted to share, that you are not alone.... :)
