My fingers curled lightly around the railing as I laid my hands on it, leaning forward to look down from the walkway I stood on at the crowded main floor of the Bronze

I sighed as I walked up the metal staircase onto the walkway of the Bronze. I looked up ahead of me and saw Willow standing there, looking out to the crowd.
What fun, being a vampire, I thought sarcastically as I reached the top.
"Why would you ever want to *bite* humans when you could just give them a necklace of their own large intestines?" I thought out loud. I picked a spot a couple of feet away from the vampire and looked out at the huge crowd. "One of you pigs must have cheated..." I trailed off, looking at the various men on the dance floor, "or hurt a little ignorant girl."
My mind flashed to Xander, leaving me helpless at the altar. "Oh, I hope you get what you deserve, Harris." To get my mind off the... the embarrassing human pain I felt, I looked to Willow.
"Eeny, meeny, miney, mo."
I rolled my eyes. She's so damn good at being evil. Can't she do it without nursery rhymes and fairy tales?
"Hey, Miss Vamps-A-Lot, can't you be evil without nursery rhymes and fairy tales?"
"Why would you ever want to *bite* humans when you could just give them a necklace of their own large intestines?"
"Are we having a bad day, Anya?" I responded, though did not shift my gaze from the crowd below to Anya. I was still deciding which little chicken to pluck from the hen house.
"Extracting their large intestines from them quite slowly is much more fun, especially if they are conscious the entire time." Turning slowly as I spoke, a grin forming across my lips as I looked to Anya.
"The necklace idea might be something to try in the future." I grinned.
"The necklace idea might be something to try in the future."
"Well good, I hope you have fun doing it, considering I haven't in years. Oh, well."
I shifted my gaze from Willow to the crowd, then saw out of the corner of my eye a young blonde girl walking by on the walkway. "Hey, you!" I said as I rapidly turned to face her. I tried to grab her arm to make sure she'd listen, but she pulled away and started to go. "Feeling vengeful? Need a wish?" I said, but she was already running. "Okay, well, if you need me, I'll be here!" I shrugged, even though it royally pissed me off.
Damn. Why aren't all these people gone, anyway? Don't they understand that it's *bad* here? I thought as I I looked back out to the Bronzers and hoped that at least one pathetic mortal had been wronged. Well, who actually cares? The more half-wits here, the better.
I turned slowly from watching the crowd below to Anya after hearing her raised voice and gave a light chuckle as I watched her try to interact with a human, if that is what you would call what she attempted to do.
"Now Anya, you know you will never get a girl to make that kind of wish by yelling at them." I smirked, before continueing. "You need to make it seem like it was the idea was originally theirs to begin with."
