1) Snape was under that vow to look after Draco, Draco was in trouble so Snape had to do it. Besides, he also has to win his way fully into the confidence of Voldemort, and Dubmledore was willing to be sacrificed so that could happen so that Snape can help Harry. My big prediction (and I've held it for 2 years now) is that Snape will die at the end of the last book, saving Harry, because he's under an even bigger obligation to Lily for some reason (possibly another one of the Vow thingies).
2) So what the hell was going on with Draco and Moaning Myrtle? Methinks there's some angsty softness there too.
3) People can get awfully pissed off about snogging, too. So how much further will those young'uns go?

With 4 things to collect and the main bad guy to kill in one book, Rowling's got a lot of ground to cover.
