I love today.
It's chilly. It's calm. It's quiet (minus the play rehearsal going on in the quad). It's peaceful.
I'm sleepy. I'm relaxed. I'm sniffly but good.
I'm reading. I'm lazing. I'm napping.

I'm enjoying company. I'm enjoying silence.
I'm.. content.

It's fall :)
I love autumn.

I had a shitty weekend. Shitty shitty shitty.
The shittyness continued over onto Monday. Gah.

But I matured. I gained a new perspective. I let go. I said goodbye.
I'm trying hard to keep the negative things out of my life. Like people who lie... and hurt... and care only about themselves.

So I'm kind of wondering what I got myself into. This school, even though it's small and virtually invisible, is very prestigious. There are times when I wonder how I got in, no lie. School is a hella lot of work. Like, holy shit. So much to do... any time I spend relaxing, I feel guilty. But I love it at the same time. I've learned so much in in just four days of classes. And I have my first journalism class tomorrow, which will be sweet (and difficult, but what can ya do?)

Well I don't have what I want and I don't want what I've got.
Let's just say, today was pretty much the worst day off in the history of the world. I would rather have worked today than experience what I did.
I am literally sick of this.
