Mister Foster! Hello! Thank you for visiting me! Is lockdown over?

::peers into Data's quarters, then looks around, halls relatively empty::
No. Lockdown is still enforce, as it should be. But... according to Captain Archer, there were no guests that were being 'held accountable' as it were, only crew. So you ain't on lockdown, even though you've been reporting in and out of yer quarters as if you were.
So just a friendly reminder from your friendly neighborhood Head of Security that... you are unfortunately free to move about the ship, save for those areas usually off-limits to non-personnel.
Capisch?

Actually, sir, I prefer to stay in lockdown for the duration of the period. I was at the party as well, and though I am a guest, I am just as resonsible, due to my attendance.
A lot of my new friends were at the party and I am just as guilty as they are! It is not fair that I should be free of punishment when they are not.

You are not being 'punished.' Punishment would be if I took away yer favorite oilcan for a week. What you're doing is just... putting limitations on yerself. That's not punishment. That's just a little dumb, if you ask me.
