you can get some dumbells and do some bicep curls and laterial lifts. Also, you can do crunches, pushups, lunges, squats holding dumbells. You shouldn't need any machines. Just do a lot of reps, and circuit training. Get a body ball, those things rock.
If you need any advice, I might be able to help you out. :)
Wow. Because really? I'd kill to be your size. I know that women can be insecure at any size, but really girl. If you feel that badly about your body, imagine how you'd feel in mine. Good luck with the regimen. 6 days a week, though ... ooooh. Hard to stick to!
well it has nothing to do with my size compared to other people :) it's more the fact that I USED to look different. it's hard to look one way your whole life, then suddenly have to deal with being totally different. so that's basically my issue.
if i was always this size, i wouldn't care, i would have accepted it.
i'm really bad with stuff like that. i always live in the past.
Hey, I think it's awesome that you're doing something about it. One thing I can't stand is when people complain that they don't like the way they look and then they do nothing about it.
Not that I think you need to lose weight -- i haven't even seen you in years. I'm sure you're as beautiful as ever.
But you're right -- it's what YOU think of yourself that counts.
