It can't be stretched, but the website will have wallpapers for larger screen res. To replace it, pt the URL into the background image area in the entry box. As for the toolbar, you mean the title of the page, right? To fix that, you find the part of the text in the entry box that says: "Your title here - please credit _freeljlayouts" and change it to whatever you want it to say. Thanks for the feedback!
