How to credit

Hola! I'm "borrowing" your lime layout, and I don't know how to give you proper credit. Please walk me through the best way. I'm simply ignorant in the how-to.

Also, I see that in using this layout my icons don't show up. Is that fixable? I'm sure you're busy, sorry! If it's not or if you're too busy I understand. I just recently changed my account from free to paid, in part so I could have and use more icons, so it's silly for me to have a layout where I can't use them. I like the lime one, it's really fun, but if I can't use my icons I'll probably only use it for a while.

I believe I talked with you at some point or another, but it appears that I in fact did not. You may either credit using the code in the community info in your own profile, which is the preferred method, or make a new post stating where you got it from. The code is in a text field in the community userinfo. Hope that helps, and sorry it took so long!
