God i hate myself so much sometimes. I hate how i'm so pessimistic, especially with relationships. Too damn far-sighted, too considerate of someone's feelings. I'll never be able to just live in the present and be happy. sometimes i wonder if i'll ever be happy--once i get feeling that way, i screw it up almost on purpose. You're just realistic about things. You know how things will turn out, and you make your decisions based upon that. It can be a good thing sometimes, but I think that being happy for just a while and living for that time, and then having heartache when you know things have to change, is way better than not being happy with things at all. If you know what I'm saying. I tend to be a confusing person most of the time.

I don't think you are anywhere near love, and that is what you have to tell yourself. You can't love someone after a month of going out, or a couple of dates. And that is your advantage. If you dont love the person, you can live in the now. Actually have a relationship, instead of waiting around for one to happen. Which, the waiting I can tell you never ends. The only way to be happy with a girl is to understand that in high school, you are going to run alot more sprints then you are marathons. Leave yourself open to the longer runs, but remember, sometimes quick ones are just as fun. and sometimes more fulfilling
