It was so funny when I got the tentacle from Sushi 101- I told them it was for an art project. I really wanted to preserve it afterwards but, I really had no idea how to go about it.

I was pleased with the picture too. I saw the owner of Sigh Co in NOLA and I told him to expect a really nice "money shot" picture from me. I'm happy that they plugged AM... every bit helps.

thanks! I really wanted to do more extravagant photos but the batteries went dead in A/C's camera. I love the look of tentacles but not the taste... I've had better things in my mouth :P
