Wow... I can press a button and an LJ-cut appears! 8)
Incidentally, I've just bid, won and paid for something on eBay off my phone and the other day, I ordered a pizza using the underground WiFi while I was homeward bound and timed it so it'd he ready just as I was passing the shop :D
I digress. Resolutions!
Technically done :) called 'em up a couple of weeks ago to clear my remaining balance.
Yes, the interest is low, but these cheeky buggers take money out of my wages every month and won't contribute it to paying off my loan until the end of the financial year. So they keep adding interest, taking money away from me each month, accumulating interest on that, before reducing my loan.
It's been six years since I graduated, it's about time I paid this off! Waiting now for that confirmation letter that I owe them nada :D
Yesterday, I made a vegetable soup to last four days, which cost about £2.50 to make. Pret soup costs ~£3.50 each! Bread is 50p extra. No thanks. I spent stupid amounts of money last year eating out when all I needed to do was be a bit more organised. So far, so good :)
So I'm still tumbling XD and I still suck at handstands. I'm scared, that's the problem. I have done a few somersaults now though, off a trampette, off the air track and on a trampoline (last year's resolution) and my preps for handsprings are getting better *beams* so I want to go back to basics and practice these upside-down thingies...
After tasting the life of acting, it's given me more confidence to actively find and go to screen acting auditions. Okay, haven't yet been to one but I'm looking!
I'm a sweets addict. Not chocolate or pastries, sweets. Hard boiled, chewy, gummy, fizzy, the lot. And I have the teeth fillings to prove it :P so last year, I banned myself from eating sweets completely O_O sooo hard, so so so hard! New year's eve, I bought tons of sweets in preparation for my binge come midnight... and I had a mini one... I just didn't eat as much as I thought I would. So now I have a very large bag of sweets, I've decided to make them last the whole year. I can eat sweets if bought for me or offered, but no more buying sweets for myself. Teeth are happy, wallet is happy, I'm still happy!
I hate being told twice. However flossing? Every visit to the dentist is, 'you need to floss', followed by 'you need a new filling'. And I kinda do for the next couple if days after the session in the drilling chair, then of course I get lazy and stop. No! Not this year! Teeth will be happy, wallet will be happy (£46 for fillings!), and I will be a pro at efficient flossing!
