Indeed, I have read Kafka on the Shore. It's ok. Not as good as his others, but still worth reading. Thanks, though.

I just now finished rereading Gary Snyder's _Turtle Isand._ It's a wonderful collection of poems. You might want to check it out. I met the poet last year I guess it was. I'll admit it's rather difficult listening to him knowing that he was the Japphy Ryder character in Kerouac's _Dharma Bums,_ but he's an amazing and very environmentally aware writer. Check it out. :)
