I just bought some L-Tyrosine, I used to get NOW brand, but switched to TwinLab's "L-Tyrosine Plus" with vitamins B & C, to help with absorption / metabolism. (L-Tyrosine 500mg, Vitamin C 1000mg, Vitamin B6 500mg). I don't take B or C supplements, so it was right for me. Iron is also helpful, I'm already taking a supplement for that.

I was shopping on allstarhealth.com, but when checking out I saw the international shipping cost alone was $54. I looked around and found vita4less.com, which had $18 international shipping, and took 8 working days to arrive.

The vita4less site seems to be down at the moment, hmm, in my experience I found them to be as professional as any other site.
