It was a great day! Today is solid rain, but I watched Nanny McFee and finished the leg of my sock and cast off! Now just a heel left, how's your pink sock? Haven't heard from it in a while!

I envy your sock knowledge. Mine are coming out crap.
hopefully one will be nice and I can send it. otherwise my sock sis may end up frogging the sock I send due to suckitude!

Don't say bad stuff! Knitting improves as you do it and you're brand new! Just practice. We have ages before they HAVE to go out, so don't sweat it. I envy your "freestyling" knowledge! I totally saved your cookie monster pattern to "try"! You rock!
