Put something in the front of the shoe like a Dr. Scholl's pad (I believe they make them for heels).

I think I may try that...or at least something similar to that. I need to do it soon as I have to practice walking in them, my gf keeps laughing at me...apparently i'm not very graceful

Try putting tissues in maybe.
My friend use to borrow my shoes and I'm a size bigger then her, and after she put the shoes on, she would stuff the back with tissues to fill up the space

thanks for the suggestion, though these are open toe shoes. I'm not sure if that would work hehe :)
