today has been a bit better than yesterday.
got on with the parts of my computer-based training that actually work and i finally have a username & password that work so i don't have to rely on other people signing me on all the time.
at lunchtime i went on a wander to find a half decent sandwich.  on the way i was accosted by one of those charity

I hate charity people who are rude - they shouldnt be working for a charity with an attitude like that...i bet he doesnt even give anything to them himself!

You're probably right!
He really did have a bad attitude & he was trying to push me into signing up which theyre not supposed to do. Grrr.
I wish i'd thought of something really good to say back to him at the time!
